How to read the chart
Every chart on this site is a map of one part of a business, drawn the way an owner hands work off: whose judgment it depends on, and what that judgment needs done.
1What is a square?
One piece of work. Qualify is deciding who counts as a real buyer. The square keeps that name whoever does it: your sales lead, a junior rep, a tool, a machine, or nobody. That is why one chart can show your business today and redrawn on the same squares, and why an empty square shows.
2Why eight, and who is in the middle?
Eight pieces of work around the person whose judgment they depend on. That is one domain. Here it is revenue operations: RevOps in the middle, the eight things finding buyers needs around it. Eight because that is as many as one person can hold in view and route. Read this grid and you have the map of today: who does each piece, where nobody does, and so where AI goes first.
3What happens when I click a square?
It opens. The square becomes the middle of its own grid: its steps around it, its tools under it, its files inside it. Nothing is drawn on the map that isn't on disk, so what you see is what exists.
4Where does my whole business fit?
Around you. Leadership in the middle, the domains it leads around it, each the middle of its own grid.
Eight domains, eight pieces of work each: 64 squares, drawn one domain at a time. Outreach is the first. This is one example, not a template. Every business arranges its own chart, depending on which domain it wants AI to run first.
